Dare I say it, and possibly jinx ourselves? After a great deal of effort and a lot of praise by Blondie, Puddy is 'officially' potty trained! I haven't changed a diaper of any kind in about two weeks. What's more is that she hasn't had any trouble with wetting the bed, in fact the first time Blondie brought Puddy to bed without a diaper I put up much protest about not wanting to "Wake up in a puddle." (Puddy still sleeps in our room in her own bed, but 99% of the time ends up crawling up into ours in the middle of the night.) Hard to believe that our house is once again diaper free...well not quiet.
When Blondie asked Puddy if "Mommie could give away her old diapers to a little girl or boy who needed them.", Puddy replied, "No. They're mine." I guess we'll be working on sharing next. : )
